AMC FAQs

FGE Solar's AMC includes bi-annual panel cleaning, inverter performance check, wiring and connector inspection, earthing verification, generation report review, and priority support for fault rectification. Specific inclusions vary by plan — Basic, Standard, or Premium.
In Kerala, panels should be cleaned every 2–3 months due to dust, bird droppings, and monsoon residue that reduce output. A dirty panel can lose 15–20% efficiency. Our Standard plan includes 4 cleaning visits per year; Premium includes 6.
Under AMC, FGE Solar provides priority fault diagnosis and repair coordination — within 24 hours (Premium) or 48 hours (Standard). We coordinate with the inverter manufacturer for warranty claims where applicable. Replacement cost (if beyond warranty period) is separate from the AMC fee.
